About Dave:

Dave was born and raised in Alberta and is one of the province’s longest serving brokers.

In his over 40 years in the business, he has assisted thousands of Albertans in realizing their dream of homeownership. He has witnessed many changes in the industry from rates as high as 21% in the 80s to the recent rates which were under 2%. What would be a down payment on an average home today, would have purchased a property when he first started.

The majority of his business comes from client referrals, which he takes pride in as it’s a sign of a job well done. When he isn’t working Dave enjoys spending time with his family, on the golf course or playing pool, having won numerous trips to Las Vegas to play in the World Championships.
