About Heather:

Heather has been in the mortgage industry Since 2011, starting out her Career as the Operations Manager for Jencor Mortgage, managing Payroll, Accounts Payable, Receivable, and IT Support. As well a licensed Mortgage broker since 2012. After 10 years on the Corporate side of the business Heather was offered the opportunity to join Debra Carlson’s team. “During the last 12 years I have had the opportunity to work with my clients purchasing their first homes, refinancing, or simply helping them find the best possible mortgage solution. I realized, in the middle of 2021, that this was my passion and decided to pursue being a Mortgage Broker full time. I was so grateful when Debra Carlson, had a position open on her team. Watching Debra over the past 12 years, her drive, commitment and dedication to her clients was truly inspirational. This new career path has put a new lease on life and inspired me to go above and beyond for Debra’s clients and my own. Learning from one of the best in the Industry has been the best career move I have ever made”.

Out of the office Heather is a busy Basketball mother of two and volunteering on the Board with Bowriver Basketball Association. When she not on the court you can find her outdoors Skiing, Snowmobiling, ATVing or at the lake Sea-Dooing.
