About Claudio:

Claudio is a born and raised Calgarian who has seen the city grow exponentially. With that being said, he understands different markets require different strategies and he has been a key component in allowing his clients to navigate through the ups and downs of the local real estate market.

His passion for real estate began 20 years ago with him buying, renovating, renting, and selling his own properties. He then wanted to learn and understand the behind-the-scenes financing aspect of real estate.

Claudio worked for a major Canadian corporation for many years managing their real estate assets in British Columbia before deciding to become a full-time mortgage broker. He made the switch as he realized helping first-time home buyers or investors accomplish their dreams and goals was more rewarding.

Claudio prides himself on building a positive relationship with all of his clients, earning their trust and ensuring they have the best experience when it comes to anything regarding mortgages, and usually the biggest investment clients make.

He spends his free time with his family on the lake in the summer months and on the slopes in the winter months.
