About David:
Shortly after his graduation from ACAD (now Alberta University of the Arts), Dave opened his own design firm, Hill, Miller & Hutchins Communications, specializing in corporate image development, advertising, and marketing for a diverse roster of clients. Soon they were attracting more real estate builders and developers. Dave was intrigued and he began focusing his energy on the industry.
With a solid understanding of the real estate process, he joined Westcor Mortgage, gaining knowledge and experience in all phases of financing. He then moved to Jencor as a mortgage advisor, where during this time, secured a license in property management as well as a residential real estate professional.
