About Dilys:

After 21 years with TD Canada Trust and 1.5 years with Scotia and 3.5 years with Servus Credit Union helping so many clients from all walks-of-life, I finally decided to be a mortgage broker so that I can provide clients with more mortgage options to help clients in their home financing journey.

I can also send application to alternative lenders (B lenders) and private lenders if major banks can not approve the application.

More than 50% of mortgage application are now processed and approved by mortgage brokers in Canada as more and more clients feel that mortgage broker can provide more flexible service hours and more financing options and products to choose from that better match their situation and need.
