Jala was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. She graduated from MacEwan University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management degree with distinction. She previously worked as a mortgage assistant before taking the next steps to become a licensed mortgage broker.

Jala takes pride in being able to offer tailored solutions to her clients so they can achieve their dream home. She aims to make the process as stress-free as possible through her attention to detail, excellent communication, and caring nature. She forms trust-based relationships with each of her clients by providing them with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions, as well as top-notch customer service.
