Miwa Weninger is a Calgary mortgage professional with 14 years of mortgage licensing experience and 18 years of experience as a Controller in the mortgage industry. She combines strong financial knowledge with a genuine interest in people and their stories.

For Miwa, a mortgage is more than a financial transaction. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals, circumstances, and long-term plans, providing personalized guidance built on trust.

From 2012 to 2022, Miwa founded and published a Japanese-language community magazine in Calgary. Over the years, she interviewed 39 inspiring individuals, sharing their life journeys and contributions to the community. The magazine also connected readers with trusted local professionals and businesses.

Miwa has been part of Calgary’s table tennis community for 25 years, building lasting relationships with people from many different backgrounds through competition, practice, and mentoring. Some of the young players she practiced and competed with years ago have grown up and returned to Miwa when it was time to buy their first homes.

As an immigrant herself, Miwa understands the importance of building a life and finding meaningful connections in Canada. Her strength is not only in mortgages, but in connecting people, building trust, and creating long-term relationships across communities.

カルガリーでモーゲージブローカーとして活動しています。モーゲージライセンス取得から14年、モーゲージ業界でControllerとして18年の経験があり、金融に関する豊富な知識と、人やその人生への深い関心を大切にしてきました。

モーゲージは、単なる金融取引ではありません。お客様一人ひとりの目標や状況、これからの人生設計を理解し、信頼関係を築きながら、それぞれに合ったアドバイスを提供することを心がけています。

2012年から2022年までは、カルガリーで日本語の無料コミュニティマガジンを創刊・発行しました。10年間で39人の方の人生をインタビューし、それぞれの歩みや仕事、コミュニティへの貢献を紹介しました。また、リアルター、保険、弁護士、会計士、レストランなど、地域で信頼されるさまざまなビジネスと日本人コミュニティをつなぐ役割も果たしました。

カルガリーの卓球コミュニティにも25年間参加し、競技や練習を通じて、さまざまなバックグラウンドを持つ人たちと長い関係を築いてきました。かつて一緒に練習や試合をしたジュニア選手たちも成長し、家を購入する時にモーゲージの相談に戻ってきてくれています。

自身も移民としてカナダで生活を築いてきた経験から、新しい環境で生活基盤をつくり、人とのつながりを持つことの大切さを理解しています。

強みは、モーゲージだけではありません。人と人をつなぎ、信頼を築き、異なるコミュニティの中で長く続く関係を育てていくこと。
