Nick has been working in Financial Services for nearly a decade and as a licensed Mortgage broker for 5 years. Starting with one of the big banks, Nick decided the broker life was the life for him. As an experienced Mortgage Broker, He has closed over 750 Mortgage transactions in his career with over $150,000,000 in mortgage funds advanced.

He values having his clients being fully informed when entering a mortgage transaction to make sure they get the mortgage rate, product, and lender that they truly want. A mortgage for your home or rental is most likely the biggest financial transaction that someone will complete. So, it is important to have a broker like Nick who is as invested in the process as you are. Rate is certainly important, but Nick ensures his clients consider facets of the mortgage that they may not have considered.

As is true of most Canadians, Nick likes to make the most of the outdoors when the sun is shining. Nick has many hobbies from running triathlons, to hunting and fishing, to yoga. He is fairly active and plays many sports; basketball, golf, and slow Pitch softball.
