About Nicole:

Nicole has been immersed in the mortgage world since 2005, starting her career with a small sub-prime bank before becoming a mortgage broker in 2009. Over the years, she has built a reputation for providing thoughtful, honest advice and helping clients feel confident in what can often be an overwhelming process.

In addition to her brokerage experience, Nicole has also worked as an underwriter at a credit union, giving her a rare “both sides of the desk” perspective. This insider knowledge allows her to anticipate lender requirements, structure stronger applications, and guide clients more effectively from start to finish.

When she’s not working with clients, Nicole is busy raising two kids with her spouse—one who lives for hockey and another who loves rock climbing. She understands the importance of home, stability, and long-term planning because she’s living it herself.
