Based in Alberta.

With over 11 yrs experience navigating the mortgage world, Nicoleta has helped many Calgarians- especially Newcomers to Canada- to turn their homeownership dreams into reality. As an immigrant herself and a proud “adopted daughter of Canada” she can easily relate to the unique challenges new Canadians face when navigating the financial system. Known for her no-nonsense integrity and honest talk. Nicoleta believes in building relationships just as much as financial plans… maybe even in Romanian or French if needed.

Her motto: “If you can dream it, you can achieve it”, by Walt Disney, guides both her clients & her smoothie-filled mornings.

Outside the office, Nicoleta lives a full and active life with her two amazing kids and their slightly dramatic (but endlessly lovable) Mini Schnauzer. She is always up for a dance party, singing in the car, hiking, or even casting a fishing rod. A true foodie, she finds inspiration in great meals & company.

Nicoleta is especially passionate about helping people from all walks of life- including those with disabilities- navigate the mortgage process with dignity & support. Her warmth, empathy and fierce commitment to her clients have made her a trusted guide for anyone chasing the “Dream of Homeownership”. She is here to help with heart, hustle and maybe a few (bad) dance moves along the way.
