Now in his sixth year in the Canadian mortgage industry — with prior experience in banking in Vietnam and real estate finance in Singapore — Pacey brings a cross-border perspective to complex lending scenarios. With $140 million in funded mortgages to date, his practice focuses on clients whose financial profiles require deeper analysis — including self-employed professionals, real estate investors, and newcomers to Canada.
