About Teri:
Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Teri White’s journey in the financial world began the summer after Grade 12 — when she took her very first job as a bank teller at the local Credit Union. What started as a summer job quickly became a lifelong passion. From that moment on, she knew she’d found her place in the world of finance, helping people navigate some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
Now, with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Teri is the proud owner and lead broker of I-Deal Mortgages, part of the Dominion Lending Centres network. Known for her down-to-earth personality, deep industry knowledge, and unwavering client focus, she’s built a brokerage rooted in trust, transparency, and heart.
Teri’s clients describe her as the person who makes mortgages make sense — combining real expertise with genuine care. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, a growing family, or a seasoned investor, she takes pride in creating seamless, stress-free experiences that help people feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
Behind the scenes, Teri leads a dynamic, all-remote team who share her passion for excellence and client service. Together, they’ve built a brokerage that feels both professional and personal — a reflection of Teri herself.
When she’s not working with clients or mentoring her team, Teri’s heart belongs to her friends, family, and travel. She finds joy in exploring new places, creating memories with loved ones, and embracing the balance between hard work and a life well-lived.
“I may have started as a small-town farm girl counting cash behind a teller desk, but I’ve spent my life helping people build their dreams one mortgage at a time — and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.” – Teri White
