About Vincent:

Vincent is a licensed Mortgage Broker in Alberta with a strong foundation in real estate finance shaped by both personal exposure and institutional experience. Growing up around family who used real estate as leverage for long-term wealth creation, he developed an early understanding of how strategic financing decisions influence financial outcomes.

He spent over five years working with a global commercial real estate firm, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of client experience, real estate asset management, building operations, and leasing. Today, Vincent works with first-time buyers, homeowners, and real estate investors, providing clear, transparent guidance and mortgage solutions aligned with each client’s broader financial goals. His approach is education-first, relationship-driven, and focused on delivering results clients can trust.

Outside of work, Vincent is passionate about fitness and enjoys staying active through a wide range of sports, including bodybuilding, volleyball, softball, paddle, and pickleball. He brings the same discipline, consistency, and commitment to his clients as he does to his training and competitive pursuits.
